Young musicians on the programme work with a wide range of professional musicians and educators to explore their potential through music. Through the various musical activities, In Harmony engages the local community and inspires the next generation through creative learning.
Continuing from 8 successful years at Old Park Primary School, In Harmony Telford & Stoke-on-Trent is expanding into two new schools in October 2020. Working with St Augustine’s Catholic Academy in Stoke-on-Trent and Hollinswood Primary School in Telford will mean that our In Harmony programme will be bringing music to over 1500 young people and their families.
Our Youth Orchestra is open to young musicians of any ability from across Telford who play orchestral instruments, from age 8 – 18. We work hard to make the music accessible for beginners and challenging for those who are more advanced, but more importantly the orchestra is a great place for making new friends and having fun!
